By accessing or using Redirect Mapper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Redirect Mapper is a 404 redirect management tool that monitors broken links on your website and automatically suggests or applies redirects to preserve traffic and user experience. The Service includes a JavaScript snippet, a dashboard, and related APIs.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without prior written consent
- Use the Service to track or redirect users without appropriate disclosure on your website
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by Redirect Mapper and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redirect Mapper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all redirects will be captured or applied correctly.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason with reasonable notice where practicable.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
